Our founder
Meet Cecilia.
Cecilia has more than 10 years of experience building awnings and custom patio covers for homes and businesses in Maui.
For much of that time, she worked alongside Kay of K-Deck Canvas, learning what it takes to build shade that performs in island weather and to care for customers over the long life of a project.
In 2026, Cecilia founded Aloha Sunbreak with her daughters, Rose and Fio, as co-founders. They handle much of the work behind the scenes so Cecilia can focus on visiting spaces, helping people understand their options, and building things that last.
